How It Started

The gap that started everything

For years, I worked closely with ERP systems, business processes, integrations, reporting, and day-to-day operational challenges inside real companies. That experience gave me something more valuable than theory — it showed me how businesses actually function behind the scenes.

I saw teams using multiple tools for leads, follow-ups, approvals, customer conversations, reports, and internal coordination. I saw data repeated across systems, communication scattered across channels, and important opportunities delayed — not because people lacked intent, but because the software around them was fragmented. In many cases, the systems were technically available, but they were not truly helping the business move faster or work smarter.

That gap is where PageCRM began.
