PageCRM Data Deletion Instructions

If you connected a Facebook Page or Instagram account to PageCRM, you can remove that connection directly from the platform:

1. Log in to your PageCRM account.
2. Open Integrations.
3. Open the Facebook integration card.
4. Select the connected Page.
5. Click Disconnect.

This removes the stored Page connection and deletes related social conversations from the PageCRM workspace.

To request deletion of your PageCRM account and associated CRM data, email sales@virtux.in from your registered email address with the subject Data Deletion Request.

Include the following details in your request:

• Your full name
• Your registered email address
• Your organization name, if applicable
• Whether you want partial deletion or full account deletion

• User account profile data
• Contacts, notes, documents, and CRM activity
• Facebook Messenger and Instagram conversation records stored in PageCRM
• Connected Page tokens and linked integration metadata
• Uploaded files associated with your account, where applicable

We typically process verified deletion requests within 30 days. If we need additional identity verification, we will contact you before deleting data.

• Some records may be retained temporarily where required for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
• Disconnecting a Meta integration removes data from PageCRM, but does not delete your Facebook or Instagram account itself.
• If you are a member of an organization workspace, your organization owner may also request deletion on behalf of the workspace.
