What PageCRM is
PageCRM is a shared sales workspace. It brings together contacts, conversations, follow-up, inbox, products, quotations, documents, AI assistance, and integration setup in one place.
What to set up first
A new workspace should start with the basics: invite the team, confirm the organization name, decide how leads should enter the system, and choose the main inbox channels the team will use first.
What a healthy first week in PageCRM looks like
During the first week, the team should not try to configure every possible module. The target is operational clarity: contacts are being added, the inbox is being worked, a simple pipeline is moving, and the main communication channels are connected.
Mobile OTP sign-in status
Mobile OTP sign-in has been prepared technically but is currently hidden from the public login page. The standard sign-in options remain email password, Google sign-in, and GitHub sign-in where enabled.
Organization user master and NFC profile visibility
Organization admins can now maintain richer user master details for each team member. These fields are meant for staff identity, department ownership, manager visibility, work contact details, location, and internal notes.
Arabic public pages and RTL support
PageCRM now has an Arabic public landing page and Arabic support ticket page. These pages use right-to-left layout so Arabic text reads naturally.
