Organization admins can now maintain richer user master details for each team member. These fields are meant for staff identity, department ownership, manager visibility, work contact details, location, and internal notes.
The user master is separate from the public NFC profile. Internal staff details stay inside the organization unless the user chooses to show selected profile fields publicly.
Each user can keep the NFC profile enabled or turn it off. The profile editor also includes field-level visibility controls so public visitors only see approved details.
