The current MCP server exposes tools for contacts, notes, messaging, and pipeline context. These include search_contacts, get_contact_details, update_contact, delete_contact, get_customer_timeline, create_note, search_notes, send_whatsapp, send_email, and get_pipeline_stages.
Read tools should be used first. Write, send, and delete tools should require user confirmation inside the AI client because they can change records or contact customers.
