PageCRM Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how subscription cancellations, renewals, refunds, billing disputes, and payment reversals are handled for PageCRM, operated by Virtux and available at pagecrm.com. This policy applies to subscriptions purchased directly from us through supported payment gateways such as Stripe and, in the future, additional gateways that may be enabled on the platform.

1. Subscription Billing Model

PageCRM is sold as a recurring software subscription. Plans may be billed monthly or annually depending on the billing cycle selected at checkout. Unless otherwise stated in a written commercial agreement, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle until cancelled.

2. Cancellation by Customer

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing area of your PageCRMworkspace or through the payment gateway billing portal where available. A cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing period.

After cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the already paid billing term unless we explicitly confirm an earlier termination in writing.

3. Refund Eligibility

Because PageCRM is a software service with immediate access to digital features, setup, integrations, automation tooling, and workspace provisioning, fees already paid are generally non-refundable. This includes:

  • monthly subscription charges
  • annual subscription charges
  • renewal payments processed successfully
  • partial usage periods after the subscription has started
  • custom onboarding, setup, or migration work already performed

4. Cases Where We May Consider a Refund

Refunds are not automatic, but we may review written refund requests on a case-by-case basis in limited situations such as:

  • duplicate charges caused by a billing error
  • an accidental multiple payment for the same subscription period
  • a technical issue on our side that prevented initial access and could not be resolved within a reasonable time
  • an incorrect upgrade or plan change processed due to a verified platform defect

Approved refunds, if any, are issued back to the original payment method and may take several business days to appear depending on the payment gateway and banking network.

5. Trials, Promotions, and Discounted Plans

Trial periods, introductory pricing, special discounts, and promotional credits are governed by their stated offer terms. Unless expressly stated otherwise, discounted or promotional purchases remain non-refundable once the subscription has been activated.

6. Failed Payments and Suspension

If a renewal payment fails, we may retry the charge through the configured payment gateway. We may also restrict or suspend access to paid features until the outstanding amount is settled. Continued non-payment may lead to subscription cancellation and later data cleanup under our Terms of Service and retention rules.

7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you believe a payment is incorrect, contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can review the transaction quickly. Filing an unjustified chargeback after successful access or ongoing service usage may result in account suspension, subscription termination, or loss of promotional pricing until the dispute is resolved.

8. Downgrades and Plan Changes

Plan upgrades may take effect immediately or at the next billing transition depending on the gateway workflow and billing configuration. Downgrades or cancellations normally take effect at the end of the current paid term unless otherwise specified in your contract or required by law.

9. Contact for Billing Requests

For cancellation, billing corrections, duplicate charge review, or refund requests, contact us with your workspace name, billing email, invoice reference, and a short explanation of the issue.
