PageCRM Terms of Service

PageCRM is a cloud-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform that enables businesses to capture leads via NFC cards, manage contacts and sales pipelines, automate workflows, and communicate with leads via WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Instagram DMs, and email — all from a single interface.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the business you represent. By using PageCRM, you confirm you meet these requirements.

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• Notify us immediately at sales@virtux.in if you suspect unauthorised access

You agree not to use PageCRM to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
• Send unsolicited bulk messages (spam) via WhatsApp, Messenger, or email
• Collect or store data about individuals without their consent
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or any content that disrupts the platform
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code
• Resell or sublicense the platform without written permission from Virtux
• Impersonate any person or organisation
• Violate Meta's Platform Terms when using Facebook or Instagram integrations

PageCRM integrates with third-party services including Meta (Facebook & Instagram), WhatsApp (via Evolution API), email providers (Brevo, SMTP), and AI providers. By connecting these services, you agree to their respective terms of service and authorisePageCRM to interact with them on your behalf.

Virtux is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of third-party services. Disconnection or changes to third-party APIs may affect PageCRM functionality.

You retain full ownership of all data you import, create, or collect using PageCRM — including contacts, conversations, notes, and pipeline data. By using the platform, you grant Virtux a limited licence to process this data solely to provide the service.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to collect and process the personal data of your contacts in compliance with applicable privacy laws (GDPR, PDPA, etc.).

PageCRM, its logos, software, design, and content are the intellectual property ofVirtux. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of any Virtux intellectual property. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from the platform without written consent.

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages, and unforeseen events may cause downtime. We will communicate planned maintenance in advance where possible.

Subscription fees, billing cycles, and feature tiers are as described on the pricing page. All fees are non-refundable unless required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

Either party may terminate at any time. You may cancel your account via the platform settings. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law.

Upon termination, your access to the platform ceases. Your data will be available for export for 14 days post-termination, after which it will be permanently deleted.

PageCRM is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the platform will be error-free or that defects will be corrected.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Virtux shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of PageCRM. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Virtux and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or damages (including legal fees) arising from your use ofPageCRM, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

Your use of PageCRM is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify users by email and post the revised Terms at pagecrm.com/terms with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
