What sender-domain verification means
A sender domain tells receiving servers that your organization is allowed to send email using that domain. Verification usually requires DNS records such as SPF, DKIM, and sometimes DMARC-related guidance.
When to use automated DNS vs manual DNS
If your provider can be connected through supported automation, that reduces manual copying and lowers configuration mistakes. If not, manual DNS setup still works as long as the records are added correctly.
How mailbox login and webmail fit into the workflow
PageCRM email operations are split into two practical layers: organization setup inside PageCRM and mailbox access on the mail host. The setup layer handles sender domains, DNS, mailboxes, and workspace rules. The mailbox layer is for directly reading or sending through webmail when needed.
