PageCRM email operations are split into two practical layers: organization setup inside PageCRM and mailbox access on the mail host. The setup layer handles sender domains, DNS, mailboxes, and workspace rules. The mailbox layer is for directly reading or sending through webmail when needed.
Users should not confuse admin login, CRM email configuration, and mailbox login. Each has a different purpose. The help center should be the first place to check before treating a login mismatch as a bug.
