Email domains and mailboxes

What sender-domain verification means

This section explains sender domains, mailboxes, verification, and how organizations should think about outbound identity and inbound handling.

A sender domain tells receiving servers that your organization is allowed to send email using that domain. Verification usually requires DNS records such as SPF, DKIM, and sometimes DMARC-related guidance.

In PageCRM, the objective is not technical complexity. The objective is to make sure your organization can send branded email reliably and that replies can be routed back into the right mailbox or CRM inbox.
